After playing telephone tag, I finally got in touch with the person at the DoubleTree hotel in Waltham and arranged a Hitachi rate. The room rates will be $119. Call the DoubleTree at 781-487-4273 or 1-800-715-7666 and ask for the Hitachi Block. I set it up for 5 rooms and for the nights of 7/30 and 8/1. The cutoff date for making the reservations is this Friday 7/19.
