    Colleagues,

Version 01 of the working draft of the XACML RBAC Profile is
attached.  There will probably be some formatting problems: I
have fought with StarOffice all afternoon, and StarOffice has
won.  I hope a future draft will fix these.

This can serve as a reference during our meeting to discuss how
the XACML RBAC Profile fits with the NIST/ANSI RBAC model API on
Monday (10-11am EDT).
