How much did the room we have hold comfortably? I wouldn't imagine we would have more than 15 people there. Maybe we need an online poll for this. Did we ever decide on evite or something else for polling? I would prefer change of venue over change of dates now that we have agreement on the meeting.

the room that i had on hold at the hilton was given to someone for the 24th. we 
have 3 choices:


1. move to a 'hospitality suite' in the hilton (i have been told that it will 
hold 15 'comfortably')


2. change the dates to 1/22-1/23 (tue, wed)


3. change venue (i can look into other arrangements in the same area, there are 
a number of places to choose from)
