Constraints and Capabilities for Web Services Workshop

"Administrative Delegation in XACML", by Erik Rissanen, Babak
Sadighi Firozabadi. Swedish Institute of Computer
Science. Available at

I spoke with Babak at the IEEE Policy 2004 Workshop, and his
proposal sounded very close to what Frank Siebenlist has proposed
and that the XACML TC is considering.

I helped author "Constraints and Capabilities for Web Services",
Sun Microsystems, Inc. Available at
http://www.w3.org/2004/08/ws-cc/aaccws-20040827, which is
partially based on WSPL (XACML profile for web services)
concepts.
