Hello


I noticed that namespace declarations are missing in IIIF001 and other
XPath related tests in the conformance test suite. In the xacml 2.0
specification examples, namespaces are always present for xpath
expressions in both Policy and context instances.


E.g., see sample context in ch. 4.2.2:
