Colleagues - The linkage between MustBePresent and StatusCode values is
currently described in a number of places.  I propose a rationalization (see
the attached).  It involves describing it once in a new Section 7.12 that
addresses all aspects of exception handling specified by XACML.  The text is
moved from Section 7.10.  Then in Section 5.34 (Element <AttributeSelector>)
and everywhere else that this linkage is described, the reference to
StatusCodes will be replaced by a reference to the new Section 7.12.3.  Any
objections?

All section references are to WD05.
