That sounds like the correct process. I don't have a ticket set up for that so, if I don't get it added in time, just send me email. Do you know which RFC covers that type of filing? Thanks, /chet On Mon, Feb 10, 2020 at 1:12 PM Patrick Durusau <

http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=office Email: tc-admin& oasis-open.org That mime type, so far as we know, has never been used nor does it appear in any version of ODF. We want to register: application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.base odb which does appear in ODF and is used in fact. 2 - step process 1. Have the vnd.oasis.opendocument.database declared OBSOLETE (that's you) 2. Prepare a new registration for the new mime type (I'm doing that for your approval, after vetting by Francis Cave and the TC). For example: ecmascript - OBSOLETED in favor of application/ecmascript So, I suspect these changes will need to be in tandem. I assume I will need to file a support ticket for these changes, after the TC agrees to the changes? Thanks! Hope you are having a great week! Patrick -- Patrick Durusau
