You may remember that a couple of weeks ago I mentioned that I gave a
presentation at the OASIS Open Standards Conference in Sydney, Australia in
October. In this presentation I did mention the work of the TC (but its only
a small part of the overall presentation). The paper for this presentation
is on the web but is sitting behind a password. 

I've got the permission of the conference organisers to share the access
