Chet and I are unaware of any significant open issues in the draft text, so we will look to you for guidance on how long we should wait, for any comments from your group, before finalizing and sending this. Of course, you are welcome to edit our statements about the work, though we've brought it up to current rule and citation issues so far as we know. Our thought is that there is no reason to wait more than a week, in case any experts wish to give it a read-through before it is finalized. But we'll take your guidance on that reading period.
