ODF 1.1, html version with working toc

    I've written a stylesheet
to convert the 1.1 version of ODF (html) into navigable HTML
I.e. the toc works.

Should stay for a few days.

1. Run the original through http://ccil.org/~cowan/XML/tagsoup/
tagsoup first,
then run the stylesheet with an XSLT 2.0 processor.

Let me know if you find any nasties.
