OFFICE-2704 and OFFICE-2226

    These two issues indicate that ACCRINT and ODDFYIELD are incompletely
defined. If we do not want to fix these for ODF1.2 (and they have just
been bumped to ODF-Next) then we should delete them from the ODF 1.2
specs.
