Typo in the RelaxNG schema (even in the one sent my Michael recently) :

<define name="style-haeder-footer-properties-attlist" combine="interleave">
    <ref name="common-background-color-attlist"/>
</define>
<define name="style-haeder-footer-properties-elements" combine="interleave">
    <ref name="style-background-image"/>
</define>

It says haeder instead of header.
