The first paragraph, second sentence reads:

To facilitate this, the <text:numbered-paragraph> element allows to 
number an individual paragraph, as if it was part of a list at a 
specified level.

Comment:

"allows to number an ..." -> "allows the numbering of an..."

Suggest:

To facilitate this, the <text:numbered-paragraph> element allows the 
numbering of an individual paragraph, as if it was part of a list at a 
specified level.
