Subject: OASIS standard submission voting

Dear TC members,

Our voting for committee draft 3 was successfull. I have exchanged the
title of the specification and have uploaded it to our documents section
together with the schemas:

The next step now is to vote about submitting the Comittee Draft 3 to
OASIS membership for consideration as an OASIS Standard. Because we
informal have already agreed to submit the draft, I have created a
formal ballot for this voting now. It has started a few minutes ago, and
will end by the end of next Thurdsday. I will prepare the formal
submission paper next week, so that we probably can send the submission
to OASIS before March, the 15th.
