    Is the really a repetion? The two sentences are very similar, but there 
    is a small difference: The last sentence of the first paragraph starts with
    
    "There must be a start element to match the end element"
    
    while the last sentence of the 2nd paragraph reads
    
    "There must be an end element to match the start element"
    
    Can you please check whether this reads different in your version of the 
    draft?
