Hi Andy,

    
Thanks for responding.  Today is good day for me if you have time
(Monday the 28th of February).  All we have at this time are some
suggestions, and it would be helpful to find out what kind of
"conformance and interoperability" issues the other TC's are
considering.  In retrospect maybe the term "compliance" is a bit heavy
handed :) 

    
Anyway, we are quite anxious to learn more about the program you're
developing.  Let's chat.
