at '1.4.2.6 Conforming OpenDocument Presentation Document' I read "(D6)
... shall meet *allrequirements* of a ... as well as *thefollowing*
additional ...". Two blanks are missing in this sentence.

Err, yes, it is a list creation error, that should be one sentence sans 
the hyphens.
