Paul suggested that charts (or chart elements?) should have the ability
to specify a shadow and a shadow angle. Since there's already
shadow-properties specified in the format (for drawing shapes), I
propose that we simply allow those properties to be used on chart
elements as well; i.e., allow the graphic style shadow properties to be
used on chart elements with graphic styles, too.

The properties in question are slightly differently than what Paul
suggested. Instead of a shadow angle it has a x/y-shadow offset, from
which angle/distance may be calculated.

The shadow properties already supported by graphics styles are:
  - draw:shadow (visible, none)
  - draw:shadow-offset-x draw:shadow-offset-y (length)
  - draw:shadow-color (color)
  - draw:shadow-transparency (percentage)
