Hi Chet, We reviewed the ODF 1.2 publication files.  We found a handful of issues, mainly in the HTMLversion, but these were pre-existing issues, not newly introduced by your updates.  We can address these in errata. So we agreed, on Monday's TC call, to let you know that you can go forward with publication. If you let us know when this is ready, we can help publicize it. Thanks, -Rob Robert Weir/Cambridge/IBM wrote on 12/20/2011 10:56:01 AM: > From: Robert Weir/Cambridge/IBM > To: office@lists.oasis-open.org > Date: 12/20/2011 10:56 AM > Subject: Proofing the 1.2 publication files > > As mentioned on Monday's call, we have the opportunity to review the > 1.2 files prior to publications.  The basic updating has been done > for the file names, cover sheet, etc.   Now is the time to yell out > if you see any errors introduced during this final update. > > Note this is not an opportunity to fix any pre-existing content > errors.  We would need to do that via the errata process.  But if > you see an error in the 1.2 text, such as broken navigation or > whatever, that did not also exist in the 1.2 Committee > Specification, then please bring this up. > > The 1.2 text is here:   http://docs.oasis-open.org/office/v1.2/os/ > > And for comparison the 1.2 Committee Specification text is here:   > http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/tc-announce/201103/msg00003.html > > We can discuss on our January 9th call, but if you do find > something, please do not wait until then, but post to the list. > > Regards, > > -Rob
