  • 1.  JIRA issues targeted for released versions

    Hi

on http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE
we have a listing of open issues by targetted version.
this includes 
19 issues targeted for ODF1.0 errata 1
6 issues targeted for ODF1.0 errata 2
1 issue targeted for ODF1.0 errata CD 5

since we already approved these versions, should this be retargeted to 
 ODF1.0 errata 3 (already 10 issues) or ODF1.0 errata CD 6 (already 8
issues)?

There is also 1 "unscheduled" issue left that should be ODF-Next or ODF
1.2 CD6. There are two comments to suggest bumping it to ODF-Next. Any
further comments?

    The unscheduled one was the Public Comment from Marbux about clip-board
formats: OFFICE-2703.     We need to figure out which of these have actually been resolved and applied
rather than retarget them.  Some of these may also be wandering because
there was no suitable target at the time. Yes and I did. Yo may have noticed that most of them were closed as
fixed (in which case I added the fix from Errata CD05 as resolution) and
a few were retargetted. When they were partially fixed I spelled out
what was missed.

    If it is confirmed that an issue resolution was actually carried out, it
should be moved from "resolved" to "applied."  The way we use "resolved by
fixed" on the ODF TC doesn't tell us enough.

With regard to your updates, I guess I will simply have to wait until I
uncover them in my Issues folder (766 unread) along with the torrent that
has been pouring in, since I don't know which specific issues those are.

Yes of course. (And while I appear to have missed the odd one, most were
immediately  moved via resolved-fixed to applied.)

I am not quite sure what you are trying to imply here. Was I supposed to
list them somewhere special?

If you search for "already fixed in ODF1.0 Errata CD5" in a comment with
a status of Applied you should be able to find most of them.
