There's a problem with this document Michael.

Extracting the schema from it using xslt, I find a problem.
This is based on the styling.
Throughout, most 'schema' content is styled as
<text:p text:style-name="RelaxNG">
           &lt;value&gt;endnote&lt;/value&gt;</text:p>

At schema line 1399, page 93 of 720
on extracting the xml content, the markup is

<text:p text:style-name="P36">&lt;/define&gt;</text:p>

Later, the style-name is changed to "P74"

In order to extract the schema it would be helpful if the styling were
consistent?

I note that

 <style:style style:name="P36" style:family="paragraph"
style:parent-style-name="RelaxNG">
         <style:text-properties fo:language="en" fo:country="US"/>
      </style:style>

and P74 and P75 are similarly defined.
