This sounds very good. I will therefore prepare a new ODF 1.1 draft that 
contains this link as suggested by the A11y SC, and suggest that the TC votes 
for this draft on Monday. Provided that the TC agrees to the draft and a 
public review, I will renew the public review request on Tuesday.
