    The updated Usage Guide includes the following changes:
    
    1. Matt's conformance proposal: 
    - Removed the Conformance section (Section 4)
    2. Judy's Revocation Reason Proposal:
    - Added the Revocation Reason Codes section 
    - Removed the Certificate Transitions section (Section 3.11)
    - Added a deferred item
    3. Judy's Certificate Requests and POP proposal: 
    - Added the text to the Certify and Re-certify section
    4. Added acronyms to Appendix A
    
    The normative language has not yet been removed from the Usage Guide. I am
    hoping to address this prior to the face-to-face meeting.

    providing guidance on how to implement the Key Management Interoperability
    Protocol most effectively to ensure interoperability.
