I propose the following text for the KMIP 2.0 Usage Guide for migration of PGP keys to Opaque Objects:
PGP Key Migration
The PGP Key Managed Object type has been removed from KMIP 2.0. In order to support those users who use PGP Key Managed Objects in KMIP 1.x and are migrating to KMIP 2.x, it is recommended that each PGP Key is migrated to an Opaque Object type. Users may optionally
specify a client-defined customer attribute - e.g. "x-KMIP-1-PGP-Key" - to assist clients in locating and identifying Opaque Objects that contain migrated PGP Keys.
For proper 2.0 format how about:
Vendor Identification "x"
Attribute Name: " KMIP-1-PGP-Key"
Attribute Value: Public / Private key identified by a string value
