Working Draft 13 to review at the September 1 meeting.
This is a Frankensteins Monster of a draft. Chapters are stitched together
all over. Spare parts are in lab on the slaberin the appendices. Pink
highlights call out work to come.
Pay Attention to chapters 2, 3, 4.
1 remains boiler plate.
2 re-written to remove pleadings and more directly describe the work. A
whole page is seeing the light of day for the first time and needs more
eyes.
3 Holds a re-crafted Architectural overview with new drawings and
content.
4 is the core services which I expect to see a draft from Bill Cox before
the meeting.
M&V is now section 6, which I mention only because it now mentioned the
NAESB EUI seed model. We may be fist to describe, but not this week.
All later chapters and appendices you may ignore. They are still there to
keep the material, but 1-6 will be the meat of the spec. Section 7, I
imagine (although there are other proposals) will describe how we use the
services in 4/5 to create a profile that looks like OpenADR. We know its
coming, we know its necessary, but not until we get 3-6 done.
