While nothing is more gratifying for any committee than to receive comments, comments directly to me are less useful. please use the formal comment process. If you are a member of the EMIX or WS-Calendar TCs, enter your comments directly into Jira.
If not, please use the committee comments process:

Comments for WS-Calendar can be submitted by signing on to the ws-calendar-comments list:

"If something is not worth doing, it`s not worth doing well" - Peter Drucker
As promised, the EMIX WD12 has been placed into the repository.
This re-write adopts the new Product Description / Product dichotomy, and aligned with the detailed XML Schema that have been developed over the last three weeks. Wherever possible, I used names and definitions from the CIM. This interface is more generic / abstract than the CIM, and therefore sometimes simpler.
Changes were also made to the use of intrinsic / extrinsic, and the language off the Envelope. All Transmission and Distribution charges are handled as a single class of Transport Product. Almost all Jira comments have been now cleared.

I have also uploaded a zip file of the XML Schemas. Remember, if the written spec and the artifacts disagree, the artifacts are normative.
I used XML Spy to work on these, and included the project file in case anyone else is using them. I also included the schemas for WS-Calendar and KML to save anyone the trouble of hunting them down.
