OASIS Energy Market Information Exchange (eMIX) TC

There have been various discussions around code lists in recent meetings 
so I'd like to point out the work of the Code List Representation TC 
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=codelist 
which evolved after many iterations of attempts to support code lists in 
UBL.

The first few sections of their specification (linked from the home 
page) contain a wonderful description of the utility of code lists and 
issues that make it highly desirable for us to leverage this work.
