    The convening meeting is a short organizational meeting, at
which the logistics and operation of an OASIS TC is set up.
    


    


    Issues include:
    


    1)     
Who is (are) the Chair[s]?
    


    2)     
What is the Meeting Schedule?
    


    3)     
What are the rules for working within OASIS?
    


    4)     
Who will provide the call-in in the future (hint…hint)
    


    


    While you can join any TC later, and establish voting rights
soon even without being at the initial meeting, I highly recommend that you
attend the convening meeting.
