This is a motion I plan to propose for the EMIX TC to affiliate with the OASIS Blue member section. This is identical except for the TC name to that voted today by the Energy Interoperation TC. Just a reminder that the TC cannot conduct a ballot to affiliate with a member section; it must be a Special Majority ballot conducted by the TC Administrator.
