    The sort is generally in order of increasing price of a segment and not Quantity.   Quantity should be a quantity for the segment. Units – Ramp is not an issue here as that is done with the ramp rate constraint.   Not clear what the duration is of the offer.   Need units for the energy as well as power.   An Integral Only does not make any sense here.   If only a total quantity of energy then a single price and quantity should do.   Edward G.     The only suggestion I have at this point is to change the Boolean from IntegralOnly to AllOrNone . Why introduce a new term that has to be defined?     A bit late, but probably not relevant :-) My concern with IntegralOnly is that it suggests the mathematical integral value - you can't have 10.4 you can have 10 or 11...so it's more like granularity. If it's a part of the CIM that's used for this purpose, I don't have a problem. AllOrNone seems to me to mean what's described, and integral only doesn't. Closing the loop; the candidate release has IntegralOnly, and I'm fine with that - just wanted to explain my concern. Yes, wd32-33 has IntegralOnly and I'm happy with the current drafts.
