It appears from last night’s Jira activities that some small changes in section on approach (Section 2) would remove some annoyances that some members of the IRC find in EMIX. My personal preference is to give the TC completed everything at least 48 hours before an anticipated vote, but there is no procedural requirement that we do so.   If the TC is wi8lling, I could make a section 34 with these changes * and no others * to upload before noon today   tc   "If something is not worth doing, it`s not worth doing well" Peter Drucker Toby Considine Chair, OASIS oBIX Technical Committee U.S. National Inst. of Standards and Tech. Makes good sense to me to make these wording changes in Section 2.   Edward G. I agree with Ed -- the changes address significant issues; further discussion can be addressed in the Note on Using Emix post 1.0. I'm still concerned about the ws-calendar dependency mentioned in http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/emix/201106/msg00419.html In this last download package we again have a set of ws-calendar schema including two additional embedded zips called wscalendar-wd26-actual.zip and wscalendar-wd26-gamed.zip. Aside from these two new zips, I think it's important to understand the dependency, how we are handling it, and its implications for the sustainability of EMIX.
