    Due to a conflict with another teleconference on my
schedule, please update my status to Persistent Non-voting Member as per
section 2.4.3 of http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/process.php. 
 I plan to closely follow the TC’s work, but my intermittent attendance
would unnecessarily  complicate the quorum and voting rights
