Hi Folks, Jane has let me know that we need to get the booth layout nailed down this week if possible, which means we need to start the discussion on our next call. I've attached a plan of what I expect we'll end up with for the booth (it seems to be the most effective based previous years' experience). Please provide any feedback to me ASAP. Please note that we may need to add in an extra pod once the ballot is closed and decided but for now I thought it best to get the basic design out for review.
