Each participating company will receive table space (approximately 3’ in size), a chair, electricity, internet connectivity and space on the demo literature rack. Attached is the confirmed space layout, along with final seat assignments. BOOTH SPACE LITERATURE: OASIS will provide copies of the Interop flyer, as well as a few other KMIP related materials. In addition, participating companies are welcome to handout company literature at their table space. We are suggesting that companies prepare to bring between 200-300 copies of their materials. A final copy of the Interop flyer will be circulated to the group prior to printing. COMPANY SIGNAGE: OASIS will provide all booth signage in order to ensure fairness and consistency. Signage will be forwarded to the group for approval prior to printing. EQUIPMENT: As a reminder…participating companies are responsible for bringing their own equipment to the event (shipping details were provided earlier). Due to booth space constraints, please refrain from bringing computer monitors larger than 24”. REGISTRATION: The attached is the final registration list for our booth. Contact details for the individuals is included (if provided in advance). This list also includes any internet cable and static IP requests.
