Each participating company will receive table space (approximately 3’ in size), a chair, electricity, internet connectivity and space on the demo literature rack. A sample of the booth space layout is attached for review. Seat selection will be allocated based on the company sign-up date. COMPANY SIGNAGE OASIS will provide all booth signage in order to ensure fairness and consistency. All signage will be forwarded to the group for approval, prior to printing. Please feel free to contact us directly with any questions regarding signage. EQUIPMENT Participating companies will be responsible for bringing their own equipment to the event (shipping information is provided below). Due to booth space constraints, we would like each company to consider bringing a monitor no more than 24 inches in size (if possible). Computer monitors are available to rent onsite. Monitor rental information is attached. REGISTRATION INFORMATION Each Interop participating company is entitled to receive two “Exhibitor Badges” for the event. Please forward the names of your two individuals (including all their contact details) to me by January 20 th . A confirmation note from RSA will follow shortly after. Material arriving after Wednesday, February 15, 2012 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Do not ship materials direct to Moscone Center prior to your target move-in date. Shipments arriving before your assigned date/time may be refused or assessed an off target surcharge fee. Any charges incurred for off-target freight accepted by Freeman will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. Please note: All items and materials that must be brought into the facility may be subject to Material Handling Charges and are the responsibility of the Exhibitor.
