    Hi,   We have a requirement related to the representation of non-Unicode characters (see http://wiki.oasis-open.org/xliff/OneContentModel#OneContentModel.2BAC8-Requirements.ShouldbeabletorepresentillegalXMLcharactersinthecontent ).
