    Collateral

We discussed the need to produce a document or presentation handout in both English and Hungarian for the audience, and for web posting and other venues.
    * Don took the action to project manage this item.

    Individual Demos
    * Team members assigned to a section of the demo as identified above agreed to take the action to draft content describing in more detail their plan for presenting on the wiki

    Rehearsal
    * Don took the action to work with the host organizers and identify the specific room (classroom, or auditorium) where the Team can assemble and begin rehearsing. We agreed to allocate time for this on Monday, August 30 beginning in the afternoon, and throughout Tuesday, August 31 depending on OpenOffice.org community meeting schedules.

    Scenario from Louvre Labs
This is the 'grand finale' and deserves our priority and focus for next Thursday's team meeting (August 5). We are dependent on Luis Belmar-Letelier, Jerome Dumonteil, and Charles Schulz to help the team craft the actual demonstration scenario and flow. Luis has provided the document repository. The Louvre Labs team has provided sample documents, although they must by 'anonymized' according to Charles.

Participants Deadline -- All participants must be OASIS members.
As described in the orginal call-for-participation (http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/office/email/archives/201005/msg00252.html) ... the deadline for additional participants to formally join the ODF 1.2 InterOp Demo is August 12, 2010.
