This draft template reflects the discussion of the PMRM TC meeting held on
9 December 2010. It describes a draft methodology that may enable the
effective application of the PMRM to selected use cases. the methodology
is recursive, and examines the privacy management requirements of a use
case against discrete "touch points" where PI/PII is collected,
communciated, processed, stored, and destroyed and where policies are
invoked.
