    FYI: some pointers to the new strategy are ‘broken’. This works: http://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/rss_viewer/NSTICstrategy_041511.pdf   Note:   Objective 1.1: Establish improved privacy protection mechanisms.   FIPPs (Fair Information Practice Principles) are drawn from the HEW (1973) report. Could use some updating.   Figure 4 shows the Identity Ecosystem (HIGH level), with multiple Trust Frameworks. The PMRM would fit nicely here.   Michael
