Submitter's message As this document should provide feed-back from the TC and the public, I have added my comments to the latest draft using the change-tracking of LibreOffice.
Part of the comments is the third proposal of change-tracking, I have named Merge enabled Change-Tracking .
It is unusual that a SC starts with a proposal and a second one was given in. This does not imply the future rule that any further proposal have to be added in a similar way by an ODF document. The design concept should be sufficient. Therefore I have referred to the mails from the archive and added the proposal accordingly. In case there is no agreement on the list to this enhancement, I suggest to have a SC call ASAP to discuss and eliminate any existing problem.
