OASIS Topology and Orchestration Specification for Cloud Applications (TOSCA) TC

Hi TOSCA folks, There is a problem with email notification of JIRA issue changes, including comments. So far, it is not clear if any other TCs are affected. I am working with OASIS staff to resolve. In the interim, I have found this link to be handy.
