Hi Paul, There is one very strange thing with this, regarding the three images in Appendix E.6. CSD02 DOC format may be "haunted" still... When I generated the HTML from the DOC file of CSD02, all of the images were truncated on the right side, and at the bottom for at least one of the three. I ended up generating HTML from the TC's draft, and substituting those three PNG image files from the draft. (wd04) I'm sorry I don't know what's going on there, but there may still be some anomaly in the CSD02 file around those images. Please see if the TC Editors can investigate this. Maybe cutting/pasting from the draft into CSD02 will cure it... Again, very strange behavior which I could not resolve quickly.
