    On behalf of Tina Gheen, a member of LegalDocML TC. ------------------------------------------------------------ Dear LegalDocML TC members, The US Library of Congress is sponsoring data challenges incorporating the Akoma Ntoso open standard for legal documents. The second challenge, Legislative XML Data Mapping, opened today. For this challenge, we are asking participants to map existing elements from US and UK bill XML to the most recent Akoma Ntoso schema.
