Hi Jens, Some initial comments: 1) ServiceEndpointList/Endpoint/EndpointReference is defined as a WS-Addressing EPR, how much sense does this make for non-WS protocols? E.g. reference parameters, metadata don't exist. 2) Appendix A has references to START and LIME and a requirement to use SOAP 1.1 that don't seem to make sense in an SMP spec that only has a REST binding and no dependency on Web Services. It also defines a redundant participant identifier syntax. OASIS already has the ebCore Party ID as a standard for party identifiers. 3) In an OASIS spec I would assume the root namespace to be something like
http://docs.oasis-open.org/bdxr/serviceMetadata/publishing/1.0/ rather than
