    To whom it may concern,
     
    Efact S.A.C. is successfully using the Service Metadata Publishing (SMP) Version 1.0 Committee Specification 03 as approved on June 30 2016 in accordance with the mandatory conformance clauses specified therein
    and OASIS policy. This successful use/implementation included the interoperation of multiple independent implementations.
