    Hi Hubert, I acknowledge receipt and confirm your leave of absence. Given the date on your notice below, the earliest your leave of absence can begin (no earlier than 7 days from the date of notice) is Aug 2 and will end on Aug 24 (including) per your notice. Your leave of absence (Aug 2 through Aug 24, 2012) will be officially recorded in the minutes of the TC F2F (July 26-27, 2012) meeting. During your leave of absence your voting rights would be temporarily suspended. At the end of your leave (Aug 24), you will regain voting rights. The chairs will update the roster accordingly during the period of your absence. During the intended period of absence, if you participate in a TC meeting or vote in a TC ballot, your leave of absence will end on that day. Enjoy the summer!
