    Members of the OData TC, Special Majority Vote ballots to approve submitting OData V4.0 and OData JSON Format V4.0 to the OASIS membership as Candidate OASIS Standards have been set up.  The ballots open 12 November 2013 at 00:00 GMT and remain open through 19 November 2013 at 23:59 GMT.
