    Members of the OData TC, Special Majority Vote ballots to approve OData, OData Atom Format and OData JSON Format Version 4.0 as Committee Specifications have been set up.  The ballots opens on 08 November 2013 at 00:00 GMT and remain open through 17 November 2013 at 23:59 GMT.
