just to let you know the NDR editors as part of our editorial task we are
removing the IND category of rules from the NDR document. These will now live
in additional constraints document, as we have agreed that they are really not
part of NDR which is concerned with schema design. This 'Additional
Constraints' document will be normative.
We are currently editing this new Additional Constraints document to transfer
the IND relevant rules. We have determined that IND 7 is nolonger necessary
given the TCs decision to make VersionID optional with no content constraints.
Furthermore, Mike and I believe that IND 4 legacy construct that is nolonger
used in UBL instances. We don't anticipate any problems with our thinking here,
please let us know.
We will obviously be issuing a complete revision of the NDR document and its
associated change log. This is merely a heads up for everyone.
