Hi Stephen

Without underlying ACCs, true CCTS compliance is a non-starter. There are
other aspects to CCTS alignment that may certainly be issues to solve but
once the fundamental problem is dealt with I believe that the others could
become easier anyway.

The lack of ACCs not only breaks the fundamental core of CCTS but it also
hinders cross-standard CCTS interoperability which could be facilitated by
the future harmonisation of ACC libraries from which individually required
ABIEs are then built.

This requirement for UBL ACCs to be defined is nothing knew and has been
known and discussed for some time now. Question is, when is it going to be
done. I believe that the planned major explosion in both the number of
documents covered and in the business scope of the UBL library before the
CCTS compliance is in place is a very major concern.
